The Basics:
The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise initiated within 14 days of order delivery. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from the total refund. After 14 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.
All merchandise returns on eligible orders and items processed, shipped, or received between October 15th and November 7th will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as a $12.99 return fee.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.

Application/Removal
- Clean and dry the skin completely.
- Cut out the design of your choice and remove the transparent film.
- Please tattoo face down on skin.
- Rub and wet the tattoo completely with damp cloth or sponge.
- Peel the corner of the tattoo gently to check if it's transferred, if not, press down and wet again period
- Your tattoo can last for several days if transferred carefully.
Tattoo Removal:
- Rub Cold Cream or baby oil over a tattoo. Alcohol will remove tattoo instantly.
Applying Bloody Scab:
- Bloody Scab can be applied with a cotton applicator. Dab a small amount onto a cotton tip applicator and brush around the edge of the "wound" tattoo. it will dry to look like a real scab.. making for one cool tattoo! Do not apply in carpeted areas or near upholstery or furniture.
Bloody Scab removal:
- If blood temporarily stained skin, do not rub. With gentle Washings, the stain will disappear within a day or so.
Do not use tattoos near eye areas.
Ingredients:
- Tattoo: Acrylates, Copolymer, Titanium Dioxide, Ethyl Acetate, Iron Oxides (CI 77499), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Yellow 6 (CI 15985), Blue 1 (CI 42090), Red 7 (CI 15850:1).
- Bloody Scab: Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Silica, Sorbitol, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch, Maltodextrin, Red 40 (CI 16035), Blue 1 (CI 42090), Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid.
