Refund policy

The Basics:

1. The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise within 5 days of order delivery for a refund of the item's value . A $9.99 return shipping fee will also be deducted from the total refund. After 5 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.

2. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after the 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.
