The Basics:
The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise initiated within 14 days of order delivery. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from the total refund. After 14 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.
All merchandise returns on eligible orders and items processed, shipped, or received between October 15th and November 7th will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as a $12.99 return fee.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.

- If you desire a tighter fit, clean household sponges may be glued in the top or side of the mask.
- Lightly dust inside of mask with talcum powder after wearing. This will help absorb moisture and aid in keeping your mask fresh.
- Cover your mask or prop with a plastic bag before storing. Clean paper should be stuffed in a mask to aid in retaining original form.
