The Basics:
The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise initiated within 14 days of order delivery. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from the total refund. After 14 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.
All merchandise returns on eligible orders and items processed, shipped, or received between October 15th and November 7th will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as a $12.99 return fee.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.

Our SFX Wax is a firm, workable wax that can be easily moulded to create various effects on the skin and change the appearance of facial features. Use a spatula to remove the wax and then place it onto your skin. Use your fingers to shape and blend the wax into your skin.
When removing, peel off as much as possible and then wash with soap and water.
All Moon cosmetic and special effect products are made in the UK at our GMP 22716 and ISO 9001 accredited facility. Our products are cosmetically certified and US FDA and Health Canada compliant. None of our products are ever tested on animals and the entire Moon Creations collection is free from Fragrances, Parabens and SLS.
