The Basics:
The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise initiated within 14 days of order delivery. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from the total refund. After 14 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.
All merchandise returns on eligible orders and items processed, shipped, or received between October 15th and November 7th will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as a $12.99 return fee.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.

Long "floor length" dress composed of a purple skirt & bodice made of crushed velour fabric. Shoulder section and sleeves are made of black polyester fabric. Also features a high backed collar with gold trim. Costume features layered bell sleeves. The sleeves' top layer is a sleek black while the underlayer is a Firey red, adds volume and flare. Collar is backed with foam for body. Gold fabric sash belt with plastic ruby rhinestone buckle. Helps cinch the waist for a majestic touch. Also includes a crown with elastic straps in back. Mirror, mirror, who's the fiercest of them all? This storybook evil queen costume is made for a magnificent force of will. A floor-length purple velour gown that exudes power and elegance. Also features dramatic layered sleeves and a high white stand-up collar for a villainous silhouette. Also comes with belt with gem buckle and crown.
