The Basics:
The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise initiated within 14 days of order delivery. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from the total refund. After 14 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.
All merchandise returns on eligible orders and items processed, shipped, or received between October 15th and November 7th will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as a $12.99 return fee.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.

Wig Styling Tips
- Do not use heated styling tools as this will damage synthetic fiber. Cool temperature styling tools, plastic curlers, and hairspray recommended.
- Remove wig from packaging and also remove hair net.
- Remove tangles with your fingers and gently brush your wig.
- If your wig is frizzy or has static cling, you can use a dryer sheet to smooth down the fly away hairs.
Care Instructions
- Fill a basin with a mix of cool water and mild shampoo (hot water can damage your wig). Leave wig to soak for 5 minutes.
- Swirl your wig around in water, but don't rub the fibers.
- Rinse your wig under cool running water.
- Shake excess water off your wig and spread it on a towel to dry. Alternatively, you can put it on a wig stand to air dry.
- Brush your wig when it is completely dry and is ready to wear again.
