The Basics:
The Costume Kitty accepts returns on eligible merchandise initiated within 14 days of order delivery. A $12.99 return fee will be deducted from the total refund. After 14 days, we may accept or refuse returns on eligible items on a case by case basis and with, or without, a restocking fee of up to 50%.
All merchandise returns on eligible orders and items processed, shipped, or received between October 15th and November 7th will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as a $12.99 return fee.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated and shipping label received via email. Orders received after 14 days from a return label being sent may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50% which will be deducted from your refund.

Removal
- Use soap, warm water and paper towels to rub gently & repeatedly. Do not rub too hard as this will irritate skin.

When removing eyelashes, pinch the outer eyelash hairs firmly. From outer corner to inner corner, slowly and gently pull the eyelash away from lid. Gently peel off any remaining adhesive.
